Modeling how the brain learns to move.

I hold a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience from IIT Madras, where I built neural-network and reinforcement-learning models of motor learning and stroke rehabilitation. My work runs from cortico-basal-ganglia circuit models to computer-vision and VR systems that have been deployed in hospitals across India.

I trained as an electrical engineer before moving into neuroscience, and I still approach the brain like an engineer — looking for the computations underneath the behavior, then building systems that put those ideas to work for patients.

Today I'm Chief Technology Officer at Neurogati, translating that research into clinical-grade tools. I also work across LLM-based healthcare data pipelines, and hold four patents in stroke-rehabilitation technology.
